RETURNS POLICY

Our returns policy is simple!

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to start a return. We accept returns for all orders, provided they are in a new and resalable condition.

If you received a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team through support@absylimited.com who will resolve this for you on a case-by-case basis.

Please note, we don’t offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return your original items for a refund.

You are responsible for the costs of return.

REFUNDS

Refunds under this section will be issued to you within 14 days from the day on which we receive the products back.

Refunds are issued using the same payment method that you used when ordering the products unless you specifically request that we make a refund using a different method.

This policy is offered in addition to your legal rights.
